Dr. Steven Huron, PhD is currently a chief of police for a small Texas town and has a dual-title PhD in criminology & criminal justice. Dr. Huron is married with 5 children. Having served as a courtesy officer for 8 years, Dr. Huron understood how difficult it was for apartments and businesses to hire courtesy police officers.
